1. Job Objective:
- Assist the IT team in maintaining and enhancing the company's IT infrastructure
- Ensure the continuous and efficient operation of IT equipment and systems
2. Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software
- Troubleshoot technical issues for end-users related to computers, networks, and peripheral devices
- Participate in the management and monitoring of network and server systems
- Support the implementation of new IT projects
- Update and maintain technical documentation and user guides
- Perform other tasks as required by the IT Manager

Yêu cầu công việc
- Final year student or recent graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronics & Telecommunications or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows operating systems, and networking.
- Good English, problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good communication skills and the ability to support end-users.
- Willingness to learn and stay updated with new technology.
