- Visualization: Proficiency in presentation tools (e.g. MS Power Point) is important for presenting data in a clear and understandable manner.
- Wireframe: Knowledge in making wireframes and sketches for initial UI design.
- UML Diagrams: Knowledge in designing various diagrams such as class diagram, use case diagram, activity diagram and sequence diagram.
- Documentation: Knowledge in writing documents that are easy to understand and ordered.
